Does it hurt?
Most of my clients find the treatment relatively painless. However this does depend on your pain fresh hold, numbing cream is also used so that the treatment is comfortable.
What if I don't like it?
I will never carry out a Semi-permanent makeup treatment without my client being completely happy with the pre-draw and the colours that we will use. If you are worried about colours being too dark I will always advise to go lighter and we can go darker at your top-up appointment that's included in all of my SPMU Services.
How long does it last?
Semi-permanent makeup lasts up to 2 years. However with yearly top-ups the colour will last so much longer! Sun beds and UV are one of the main factors that will fade SPMU, so use lip guards or factor 50 sun cream.
Will it turn blue/grey?
Semi-permanent makeup won't turn blue/grey as long as the correct technique and depth of the needle is achieved. Old and outdated techniques give SPMU a bad reputation for turning blue/grey, as these techniques involved going too deep into the skin and over saturation of pigment causing the SPMU to turn blue/grey. I have been trained with updated and advanced techniques to prevent this.
